As far as I’m concerned, you can have the best “strategy” in the world, but if you don’t know how to navigate your own mind - that strategy will only get you so far…. And not quite far enough! Unless of course, your strategy is one to do with understanding the mind! In which case, I’m in!
As entrepreneurs (and humans!), it’s extra important that we pay special attention to understanding how our mental health works + how to manage our mind!
